ADI Propellant and Australian Outback Ammunition were both on sale at Steve’s Wholesale stand at the first NZ SHOT expo held in Auckland on 17-18 February 2018. It was a privilege to be able to chat with and answer questions from our NZ customers. Our ammo and propellants were hot sellers and there was a lot of interest in the first of the Australian Pistol and Shotgun (APS) samples – APS350 and APS450 – from the new propellant facility.
There was a huge range of exhibiters that entertained the crowds, we all had a go with the virtual reality hunting. Families kitted out with new, quality hunting and shooting equipment, marvelled at Lithgow Arms’ addition to the NZ bolt action market – the Crossover LA102 – and signed up to experiences like African safari tours, South Island pig hunting adventures and helicopter hunting trips.
With the first NZ SHOT Expo being such a roaring success, we can be sure it will be back – bigger and better next year.
